A Sunday in Autumn: Recipe

Blogging every day is tough business. Today, Sunday, while I’m on a beautiful college campus in the Midwest, I am leaving you with one of my favorite fall/winter Sunday night recipes.

It’s easy and who doesn’t like pasta? Kind of like making a risotto and even though it looks like it won’t turn out, I promise it will.

My kids have always liked it too. To them it tastes like cheesy penne but it’s so much more satisfying. Sometimes I serve it with chicken/beef and a salad but if it’s just hubby and me, it’s just pasta and greens (you know those waistlines ;-).
