I am playing along (via phone) with this.

31. Where was the last place you bought something? I just bought two coffees at a Cool Beans.

32. How do you feel about your hair right now?   Good. The summer is starting to bleach it out. Woo hoo!!! Free hair coloring!

33. Do you bite your nails? No, but I like them short. Painted light gray in the summer, and extremely dark in the winter.

34. Do you have any expensive jewelry? Yes. I have several pieces that were lovingly bestowed to me for milestone anniversaries. Totally unnecessary, but cherished nonetheless.

Anonymity is huge. I like being able to go to the store, the park or a ballgame and not be accosted.

I now need the story of how you met Sting. And the Quayles.

I sometimes like the feeling of being somewhere and no one knowing who I am. It's freeing. I would hate to be accosted as I don't care for microscopic attention and focus paid to me.

Did you ever read my YW post about seeing the Grateful Dead 8 months preggers? I attended the concert with one of my closest (childhood) friends. She was married (at the time) to their lawyer so we had access backstage, their dressing room, etc.. I ran into Bob Weir in the bathroom blow drying his hair. That was weird. Sting was the opening act, which he did because he wanted to your without responsibility. I met him before he went on and he's short (but HOT).

The Quayles were at the same ski in/ski out holiday party in Telliride, CO. Marilyn was holding court taking business. Dan was chatting to anyone who came up to him. He was incredibly accessible, friendly, charming, funny, smart and handsome. He had the bluest eyes I've ever seen.
